STUDIRACH Anstalt was established in Schaan in 2026 as an establishment (Anstalt) under Liechtenstein law and is part of the STUDIRACH Group, with STUDIRACH GmbH, Strengberg (Austria), as its shareholder.
Within the group, the company performs operating, project-related and complementary financing functions. Its activities comprise advisory and consulting services, project management and project development, concept development as well as administrative, commercial and coordinating services.
It may develop, hold, use and license intangible assets, intellectual property rights and other project-related assets, hold participations and finance affiliated companies, in each case on the basis of written, documented contracts at arm’s-length terms.

STUDIRACH GmbH traces its roots to the temporary staffing business established in 2007 and was entered in the Austrian commercial register in 2009 (FN 325119t, Regional Court of St. Pölten). It is based in Strengberg, Lower Austria.
The group’s strategic core idea: combining modern staffing services with digital processes, innovative technology, high flexibility and personal service. To this end, the group operates its own AI-supported software solution for customer and personnel data, recruiting, scheduling and internal administration.
